Questions agents ask
Is virtual staging allowed?
Generally yes, when it's disclosed, but rules vary by MLS, so check yours. Every staged photo is labeled "Virtually staged", and you keep your unedited photos, so you can show both if your MLS requires it.
Do you hide problems with the house?
No. We never remove or cover defects, stains, cracks, power lines or views. We improve lighting, color and skies, and remove loose clutter and personal items only.
Is my sample public?
No. Each sample lives on a private page with an unguessable address, hidden from search engines. Only people you share it with can see it.
How did you find my listing?

Do I need to send you photos?
